1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. brownish sugar
2 eggs
1 T. vanilla extract
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. white chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips
About 1 c. Biscoff Spread
Mini marshmallows (for S'mores version only)
Directions
1. With an electrical mixer, cream together butter as well as sugars. Add eggs as well as vanilla extract; shell until good combined.
