Turkey-Bacon Alfredo Casserole

Ingredients
  • 10 oz. egg noodles
  • 3 c. chopped cooked turkey
  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 (16 oz.) scandalize prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Cook noodles according to packet directions. Drain too laid aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, laid chopped bacon until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, withdraw bacon to a newspaper towel-lined plate to drain. Place bacon inwards a large mixing bowl; laid aside.
  3. Drain all but nearly 1 tablespoon bacon drippings from the skillet. Reduce rut to medium. Add onion too garlic to skillet alongside reserved bacon drippings. Cook, stirring frequently, until onion is softened, nearly 2-3 minutes. Add to mixing bowl alongside the bacon.
  4. Add chopped turkey, dried parsley, Alfredo sauce, too 1 loving cup mozzarella cheese to the bacon mixture. Stir together. Add cooked noodles too toss to combine.
  5. Spoon turkey-bacon mixture into a greased 9x13” baking dish. Top alongside Parmesan too remaining 1 loving cup mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 350℉ for 30-35 minutes until heated through too bubbly.
