Ingredients- 3/4 c. (1 ½ sticks) unsalted butter, softened

- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 ½ c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 c. toffee bits {8 oz. package}
