Spinach Dip Crescent Bites

- 2 T. butter
- 1 c. chopped light-green onion (about 1 bunch, white & light-green parts)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. chopped blood-red bell pepper (about 1 large pepper)
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & good drained
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. crushed blood-red pepper
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 packages Crescent Rolls
- Melt butter inwards a saute pan over medium heat. Add light-green onion, bell pepper, together with garlic; saute until limp, close iii to four minutes.
- Add spinach together with cream cheese. Stir mixture together with blend inwards cream cheese until the cream cheese is melted. Stir inwards salt, pepper, paprika, crushed blood-red pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, H2O chestnuts, together with Parmesan. Remove from heat.
