And that's when motherly inspiration struck I could create the same type of kokosnoot rim amongst a Shirley Temple together with brand Little Miss H. a Santa's Hat Shirley Temple Christmas mocktail!
So I grabbed a pretty drinking glass ... non a martini drinking glass for her, because a martini drinking glass only didn't experience correct for a 7-year-old ... together with made a kokosnoot rim to correspond the fuzzy trim back on Santa's hat.
The ane modify I had to brand was to add together a fiddling to a greater extent than grenadine than a Shirley Temple unremarkably has thence the drinkable would last to a greater extent than carmine inwards color, instead of pinkish. I wanted vibrant carmine for representing Santa's chapeau together with the Christmas season.

Ingredients
Glass rim(s):
- 2 T. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. water
- 3 T. shredded sweetened kokosnoot
- 1 T. grenadine
- gingerale
- lemon-lime soda {such equally Sprite or 7-Up}
- maraschino cherries
- candy cane
- PREPARE GLASS RIM(S): Place kokosnoot on a small-scale plate together with confectioners sugar on a divide small-scale plate. Add H2O to the saccharide together with mix amongst a fork until good combined amongst no lumps. Dip the rim of a drinking glass inwards the saccharide mixture, ensuring that the entire rim gets good coated. Immediately dip sugared rim inwards coconut. Repeat amongst remaining spectacles if making to a greater extent than than ane drink.
