Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped fresh pineapple
- 2 c. chopped fresh peaches, peeled
- 1 pocket-sized jalapeno pepper, seeded & ribs removed*
- 1/2 of a medium red onion
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 medium limes
- 3/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- Finely chop pineapple, peaches, jalapeno, ruby-red onion, too ruby-red bell pepper. Combine inward a mixing bowl. Add cumin, salt, too cilantro; toss. Add the juice from the limes; toss to coat.
