Ingredients
For the cookies:
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 tsp. lemon zest

  • bright yellowish colored saccharide for sprinkling {optional}
Directions
