Easy Creamy Caramel Dip

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed dark-brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. cold milk
1 (3.4 oz.) package minute vanilla pudding mix {using saccharide costless plant fine, too}
Caramel H2O ice cream topping, for garnish {optional}

Directions
