Anyway, this Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini version was absolutely delicious ... rich, chocolate goodness laced amongst a impact of maraschino cherry sweetness.  It's only perfect for sharing during the Valentine season.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Martinis

Makes 2 martinis {just perfect for sharing!}
Ingredients
  • 3 oz. vanilla vodka
  • 3 oz. amaretto
  • 3 oz. Bailey's Irish Gaelic Cream
  • 3 oz. Kahlua
  • 3 oz. chocolate syrup
  • 4 tsp. maraschino cherry juice {from a jolt of maraschino cherries}
  • 2 maraschino cherries {plus to a greater extent than for garnish, if desired}
Directions
  1. Chill 2 martini spectacles inward the freezer for nearly 10 to fifteen minutes. Remove from freezer in addition to drib a maraschino cherry inward the bottom of each glass.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker amongst ice. Add vanilla vodka, amaretto, Bailey's Irish Gaelic Cream, Kahlua, in addition to chocolate syrup; milk shiver for nearly thirty to 45 seconds. Pour into prepared glasses.
