Chicken Breasts inwards Champagne Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thorax halves

  • 3/4 c. finely diced fresh mushrooms (not quite all of an 8 oz. package)
  • 1/3 c. chicken broth
  • 2/3 c. champagne
  • 2/3 c. heavy cream or whole milk
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • Salt & pepper
Directions
