Green Giant lately sent me their 2 newest veggie snack chip flavors to endeavour out ... Garden Ranch Roasted Veggie Tortilla Chips together with Barbecue Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips.
My verdict? Yummy. I peculiarly liked the Barbecue Sweet Potato Chips. I'm a barbecue chip fanatic ... together with these barbecue chips had a fantastic smoky-brown-sugar-barbecue-sauce flavour to them. Mmm, mmm, mmmm.
As someone who tries to consume whole grain every bit much every bit possible {well, except inward my baking ... I'm definitely a work-in-progress there}, I love that Green Giant's veggie snack chips are made alongside whole grains.
And the Garden Ranch Roasted Veggie Tortilla Chips were fortunate plenty to larn to sense Jessica's Baked Artichoke Dip alongside a Kick.
Just for the record, they enjoyed it. Very much ... spicy green-chilies-and-jalapeno-kick together with all. And Jessica together with I mean value you will, too.
Baked Artichoke Dip alongside a Kick
- 2 (21 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced greenish chilies, drained
- 2 tsp. chopped pickled jalapeno (or, to taste)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Drain together with coarsely chop the artichoke hearts. Combine alongside all remaining ingredients.
- Spoon artichoke mixture into a baking dish lightly coated alongside nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to thirty minutes until bubbly around the edges. Serve alongside tortilla chips and/or an assortment of crackers.
