Apple Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked rice (about 1 c. dry)
- 3 T. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 large apple, peeled in addition to chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Melt butter inward a large saute pan over medium heat; saute onion in addition to celery until tender, virtually four to five minutes. Add apples in addition to pecans; saute for 1 minute.
- Add rice in addition to all remaining ingredients. Toss inward the pan to oestrus through.
