- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded xanthous extra-sharp Cheddar
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded white abrupt Cheddar
- 1 lb. gemelli or other pasta twists, cooked
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. kosher tabular array salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked together with crumbled (optional)
