- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
- Powdered sugar
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 T. butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- For the Cake: Grease a 15x10x1" jellyroll pan; trouble alongside waxed newspaper or parchment newspaper (this is real important!). Lightly spray waxed newspaper alongside cooking spray.
