Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 medium avocado, cutting into chunks
  • 2 T. mayonnaise (or apparently yogurt, or combination of the two)
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh chives or 1 tsp. dried chives
  • 2 tsp. red vino vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pinch of dry reason dark pepper
Directions
  1. Separate the egg yolks too egg whites. Coarsely chop the egg whites.
  2. Using a fork, squelch together the egg yolks too avocado. Combine amongst the mayonnaise, chives, ruby-red vino vinegar, tabular array salt too pepper.
  3. Mix inward chopped egg whites.
